My vote would be Bali Safari and Marine Park. Go for the elephant safari option. I have been to both but did not do the elephant ride at Bali Safari park. Taro I thought very expensive for what it was. Once you have done the ride and had lunch there is not a lot more to do. Safari park is not cheap but IMHO better value overall.
